PomoPlan Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (also serving as the End User License Agreement, or "EULA") govern your access to and use of PomoPlan ("the App"), developed and operated by OdakStudio ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PomoPlan on iOS or Android, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

OdakStudio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use PomoPlan for your personal, non-commercial productivity purposes on compatible mobile devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app store terms.

2. Description of the App & Local-First Architecture

PomoPlan is a productivity application designed for time management, Pomodoro focus intervals, habit tracking, and task organization.

Local-First Storage: All tasks, habits, timer sessions, and preferences are stored directly on your device. We do not host your tasks or notes on our own servers.
Optional Cloud Backup: You may voluntarily connect your personal Google Drive account to create and restore backups. This connection is direct between your device and Google's servers.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

PomoPlan offers optional premium features ("PomoPlan Premium") via auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Monthly and Yearly) and one-time lifetime purchases.

Billing & Processing

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed directly through the official app store from which you obtained the App:

iOS Users: Purchases are charged to your Apple ID account via the Apple App Store.
Android Users: Purchases are charged to your Google Play account via the Google Play Store.

Receipt validation and entitlement management are securely handled via RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your payment card numbers or bank information.

Free Trials & Auto-Renewal

If a free trial is offered (e.g., 14 days), your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the trial expiration.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price of your chosen plan.

Cancellation & Management

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings:

On Apple iOS:
Open your device's Settings → Tap your Name / Apple ID → Tap Subscriptions → Select PomoPlan → Tap Cancel Subscription (or manage directly via Apple Subscriptions).

On Android (Google Play):
Open the Google Play Store app → Tap your profile icon at the top right → Tap Payments & subscriptions → Tap Subscriptions → Select PomoPlan → Tap Cancel subscription (or manage directly via Google Play Subscriptions).

Cancelling a subscription turns off future renewals; you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.

Refunds

Refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective store:

Apple App Store: All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Google Play Store: Refund requests can be submitted through Google Play's order history at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.

4. Platform-Specific Store Terms

Apple App Store (iOS Users)

If you downloaded PomoPlan from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

These Terms are between you and OdakStudio only, not with Apple Inc. OdakStudio is solely responsible for the App and its content.
Your use of the App must comply with the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Google Play Store (Android Users)

If you downloaded PomoPlan from Google Play, your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where permitted by applicable law.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the App.
Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

6. Privacy

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PomoPlan is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we strive for maximum stability, we do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free of bugs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall OdakStudio, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, loss of time, loss of productivity, or loss of profits) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or OdakStudio. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App and cancelling any active subscriptions. OdakStudio reserves the right to terminate your license if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
